Melbourne beaches

Spanish media only talks about Australia when we are close to die from heatwaves or when there are floods. My mum gets very worried about it, does not matter if it happened at the other side of the country, I mean, it’s like there were heavy floods in Moscow and we are from Spain, its normal, they don’t specify the distances. This time though, the heatwave did affect us, we were five days in a row above 42 degrees, as a fact, Adelaide was the hottest city on the planet one of those days! That’s the way they said it on the news. In Melbourne weather is variable and we knew after few days the temperature would drop drastically.  Luckily, our unit is located on the ground floor and did not heat up so much, however the beach was the best place to be.

Since we arrived from our holidays from home, we took advantage of the sunny days to the max, going to different beaches every single time, looking for waves sometimes, quick swims after work in others, or alternatively looking for twilights.
